How to Remove Pet Stains from Your Carpet
Add 1 Tablespoon white vinegar to a gallon of water.
Use white terry towel (for light carpet, dark towel for dark carpet) immerse in water.
Wring out most of the water.
Set the rag on spot and weigh it down with something heavy, like a brick.
Turn the towel (and brick) over to clean side or rinse and repeat.
This technique removes both the odor and the stain.
How to Remove Wax from Your Carpet
Use a plain brown paper bag (with no writing on it) and lay it over the wax.
Set your iron on the lowest setting.
Iron over the paper bag, changing to a clean spot on the bag each time.
Wax will transfer to the paper. Presto! Clean carpet.
Bonus Tip: This works on old carpet and any fabric too.
How to Remove Syrup from Your Carpet
Pour warm water onto a towel and blot to remove carpet stains. Repeat if necessary.
